"I have had this service for 3 years. Recently, I switched to their GPS system with fall alert. Now I can go anywhere in U S & know they'll be there if I need them. This new unit, however, cannot be worn in shower so I place just outside where I can reach it if I need to. I spoke with their emergency response team 2 days ago when I did regular test. Nice courteous, efficient people to work with."

"On this day they helped me 'finalize" my paperwork that they must have on hand. My fax machine was causing some problems, and they helped to reassure me that they did get good enough copies. They also asked questions to clarify some of my input, which they immediately put in their computer system. They are the most responsive, professional people who dole out encouragement and do not delay inputting information and likewise give you feedback and information without delay. Their system is totally unique-AMAZING- I am very confident with them!!"

"Due to a power outage our machine gave out false emergency signal. However, med alert staff alerted all the necessary people to come and help us. I am assuming the same service will be provided in case of a real emergency. We do plan to renew our contract when it is up for renewal. I also have been pleased with their responsiveness with client issues on the phone."

"My mom wears a bracelet and one around her neck. The battery went bad and they sent her a new system. Everything has been good. We sent the old one back and they paid for the shipping. They have been quick to respond. Everything has worked out as expected. "

"I have a medical alert system with them. I wear a pendant all the time. I have a box unit. It is absolutely fantastic. It's the best in the world. I contacted them during the night and left a message. They called me the next morning. Debbie was very involved and offered to come to me to help set everything up. My aide was able to help me. It was very easy to set up and there are plenty of videos online. They worked with me on the price and are flexible. I received the email confirmation which was beautifully written out with everything we talked about. Debbie emailed me that night to make sure everything was ok. I still have to decide if I want to use the lock-box. They all have a genuine attitude. The pendant that I got, I can use it as a phone temporally. It came with a rechargeable battery and the charger is part of the unit. I can go throughout my house and yard. I can even go to a neighbors and it will reach. It is an amazing system. I have already tested it. I am slight paying more than what I had previously with another company but it's extremely worth it. They have superb two way communication due to a built in miniature microphone in the pendant. "
