How does the Medical Alert Necklace Jewlery Holder Work?
It's super simple to use your jewelery style medical alert necklace. The medical alert button fits into the back of the jewelry housing, and you wear it with the included chain. Then if you need help, just press the button. You'll speak with an EMT/EMD Certified agent who will call family, or dispatch emergency services if required.
The actual medical alert button has a range of up to 1,000 feet from the medical alert system console base station. We recommend doing a range test so you'll know exactly how far it will transmit a signal in your home. Once you test the emergency button, wear it at all times so it's ready for you to use in an actual emergency situation.
