   - Cellular system: No landline? No problem. Our HOME alert works without a landline, using AT&T 4G LTE Cellular Service (built in - no extra charge).

   - Step 2: Within seconds, the user will be connected to an Emergency Response Operator who is ready to assist you — with 24/7 monitoring centers.

   - Step 3: Whether alerting a family member, dispatching medical help or just offering reassurance, help is on the way — if we dispatch help, we call and send text messages to notify family members. 

 

What’s Included in the HOME System?

Here's what's included in a HOME system:

   - Base unit: The base unit features a loudspeaker and a sensitive microphone.

   - Help button: The waterproof and lightweight help button is available as a pendant or bracelet. They are both shower-safe medical alert safety buttons.

   - Wall button (optional): Our emergency wall button can go on your wall or tabletop — we include strips for wall mounting and rubber feet for tabletops. 

   - Lockbox: Lockbox to securely store a key for EMT access without damaging the door

   - Optional accessories and add-ons: For an additional $10 per month, you can add a Fall Detection Pendant that automatically detects falls. You can also add an Extended Protection Plan to cover replacements and discounts on accessories.
