You can be confident in our advanced medical alert systems, state-of-the-art monitoring centers, our certifications, and our technology. But the real difference is in our trained, professional, polite and caring operators who will answer your call and send for help. It's important to us, because we monitor our family members too.
And unlike other medical alert companies who outsource to overseas contact centers, we are proudly based in the USA. And upon request we will stay on the line until help arrives.

When the Medical Alert system is activated, it automatically and instantaneously contacts our US-based Medical Alert Monitoring centers. We have a team of trained emergency response professionals who are ready to answer when you push the help button and are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When the high speed (two-way) connection is complete, you'll hear the reassuring voice of one of our US-based, EMT/EMD-trained Life Safety Operators.
Your contact and medical information is kept strictly private and collected on your Personal Profile prior to activation. The Monitoring center Operators have this information at the time your call is received. They can tell EMS about any conditions you may have, and even how to enter your home if your door is locked. And our Operators stay on the line until help arrives, monitoring the situation, letting you know you are not alone.
