2025-03-13 10:35:32After my mom had a stroke and she was going home they were very helpful and kind and courteous. They shipped right away. Super easy to set up. About a week after we received it my mom accidentally pushed the button and it alerted me and my brother and they instantly alerted ems. I couldn’t get ahold of my mom (volume on phone was turned all the way down) on my way to her house I called them and they answered right away letting me know. I would definitely recommend.
